Work Surface Protection Brushes

We offer standardized solutions to protect work surfaces, support points and partial protection areas.

We provide different fibre densities and fibre lengths to suit your application requirements: short and stiff fibres for heavy parts, soft fibres for delicate products and surfaces, and longer fibres for products with accessories such as doors with hinges and/or handles.

Prevent damage caused by chips and splinters – Reduce noise – Easy to install – Individual sections can be replaced.

With fixing holes for easy installation.

Available with different fibre lengths.

Custom-Made Brushes

We can also manufacture custom-made brushes. Maximum dimensions in a single piece are 2000 x 500 mm. Contact us for technical advice.

Protection Brushes for Cutting Machines, Press Brakes and Sheet Metal Punching Machines

To prevent scratches and surface marks on sheet metal, especially when working with delicate materials, we can supply brushes that replace traditional ball transfer units.

We also manufacture custom-made brush plates for the tables and support arms of any cutting machine, press brake or sheet metal punching machine. We supply consumables and protective brush solutions for the metal forming machinery industry.

Protection Brushes for Flooring, Storage and Transport

30-metre rolls of flexible brush strip. Polypropylene backing with polyamide fibre available in three different densities to protect all types of flooring in storage and transport applications (transport trolleys, carts, etc.).

We also offer separator brushes installed between stored or transported products to prevent contact and avoid scratches and surface damage.
