Industrial Deburring Brush

Circular brushes specially developed for deburring.

They are suitable for all common deburring machines. Although they are heavier than other brushes due to their dense filling, we exclude any imbalance by uniformly arranged filling material and testing each brush. Filled with high quality wire, these brushes have a longer service life.

All brushes are double keyed. Please indicate the required bore.

Steel 0.20, 0.35 and 0.50mm
Brass 0.38mm
Stainless steel 0.20, 0.35 and 0.50mm
Nylon Abrasive silicon carbide grit 80, 120, 180 and 320
Diameters 250 and 300mm

Standard sizes and special sizes upon request.

Deburring brushes with steel picks are generally used to work on very hard materials. Encapsulated Deburring Brushes are also available, ideal for aggressive and very accurate work. This brush has a longer life and greater durability.

Roller brushes for use in deburring machines

For deburring sharp edges of pipes.

As filler material, you can choose between steel and stainless steel wire, brass-coated steel wire or cord wire. These brushes are characterized by their dense filling.

Deburring brushes are available with Overall Diameter = 250 – 400 mm and Width = 55 – 700 mm.

On request, please indicate Overall Diameter, Width and Inside Diameter; 50.8 mm, 52.9 mm or 54.5 mm with double keyway 13 x 7 mm. Other bores up to 120 mm are available upon request.

In addition we offer with our welded metal plates special clamps for roller brushes.
The bores and keyways will be custom made.
Note: Thanks to our advanced manufacturing technology, it is possible to produce balanced roller brushes without balancing weights.
Therefore, the brush has a constant performance during its entire service life.
