Brushes for labelling

Press labels and stickers evenly to prevent air bubbles.
Labelling is most common in the food and beverage industry and the packaging industry. Brushes are used to label all kinds of products, from cardboard boxes to plastic bottles. By using brushes for labelling, labels and adhesives are pressed evenly, preventing the creation of air bubbles.

Cylindrical brushes for labelling

The labels can be pressed using cylindrical brushes that apply uniform pressure to the labels.

We usually use cylindrical brushes with a plastic base and tufted fibres. The fibres are delicate to avoid marks on labels, yet resistant to wear and tear and with good memory or shape recovery. We adapt to the working width.

Strip brushes for labelling

Another way to press the labels is by using linear strip brushes, which press the labels evenly.

Strip brushes can be fitted with metal guides to facilitate quick replacement, or without them, they can be fixed directly to machines, profiles or arms. We also have models with plastic profiles in the shape of an ‘H’ or ‘F’.

The brushes are custom-made on request. You can choose the width and height of the base, the length of the piece, as well as the output and type of fibre. We have delicate fibres such as polyamide or nylon that do not leave marks and are highly resistant to continuous use.

Protective brushes for braking

In different manufacturing processes, conveyor belts help to transport products from one process to another, and it is sometimes important to slow down the products. Protective brushes on plates are very useful for this type of application.

The protective brushes are custom-made to fit the space to be covered or protected, taking into account the weight per square metre that the brushes must support in order to provide good protection for the products without marks or scratches. In addition, the fibres can slow down the movement of the products.
