Circular Brushes for Band Saw Blades

Circular brushes on circular saws or band saws are used to clean the chipping space. A circular brush with a diameter of 80-100 mm is pressed against the saw blade (circular or band saw). By moving the saw blade or the band, the brush is rolling and removes the chipping. Therefore, edge build-up is prevented and the durability of the saw blade is extended. The circular brushes generally used are steel wire, wire with wire rope or nylon filament.

Circular brushes for cable stripping

For removing lacquer and other insulation from cables and electrical equipment. The polished surface and concentric operation allow gentle removal of lacquer from cables.

Small diameter circular brushes

Circular brushes with small diameter wavy tines have multiple uses for deburring, cleaning, rust removal or pickling on various workpieces and surfaces.

A typical application, for example, is the cleaning of internal and external threads or the treatment of hard-to-reach areas.

The brushes are either inserted directly into the machine or mounted on a drilling machine or on a fast moving element with a suitable drive shaft. Depending on the application and requirements, several brushes can be mounted in succession. Suitable adapters are available on request.

Typical filler material is steel wire, stainless steel wire or abrasive nylon.
