Depending on the RPM, the brush will vary in size and allow the user to work in hard-to-reach areas such as drilled holes and nooks and crannies of all types.
The brush cups of the stainless steel wire braided tufted brushes are plastic coated to protect the stainless steel surface.

For cleaning and deburring in hard to reach areas, removing paint, excess rubber, cleaning molds and castings. Also for working on edges and curves, inside bores, etc. End brushes are also available in other shapes, extended or pointed.

These brushes are perfect for fast moving tools. On request also with 1/4″ shank available.

Special end brushes, compact

Special end brushes with narrow crimped wire are characterized by their dense filling. These brushes show a harder brushing effect than brushes with normal crimped wire. These brushes are also available with extra-long shanks or different diameters.

Square end brushes

This special tool allows the cleaning of blind holes and processing of bottom and side surfaces in one step.
It is perfect for easy cleaning and deburring applications, such as square holes. Other diameters available on request.

Encapsulated brushes

By embedding in resistant plastic, the filling width always remains the same and premature cable breakage can be avoided. It is the perfect
tool for long-lasting and safe work.
The advantages of working with encapsulated brushes are a longer service life and a harder brush effect. However, it is possible that the brush may leave marks on the workpiece.
