The standard 100 tooth modular cylindrical brush is the most economical.

Body diameter 40mm
Module length 100mm
Inner diameter / for 20 and 25mm shafts
Overall diameter 250mm (automatic machine) and 500mm (semi-automatic machine)
12 and 14 teeth / 2 fiber densities

To work at a maximum temperature of 65ºC

With or without end caps.

The desired total length can be obtained by joining modules together, which are fully assembled by means of the teeth.

Optionally you can add end caps for a better finish.

Without the caps, a through hole can be drilled to fit the brush to the shaft and make it rotate.

It is an economical and versatile module that solves multiple cleaning and washing applications that do not require certificates.

They can be assembled with synthetic and natural fibers.

Fiber arrangement and density can also be chosen according to the application.
