Levelling brushes
Levelling brushes
Level / clean
Make surfaces flat or even and remove dirt or dust.
Examples of levelling/cleaning tasks include making surfaces flat or level and removing dirt or dust. The most common markets in which levelling/cleaning brushes are used are the automotive industry, the ceramics industry, the earth-moving equipment industry, the metallurgical industry, and many more.
Cylindrical brushes for all types of cleaning
Cylindrical brushes or rollers solve multiple industrial cleaning applications. This type of motorised brush allows cleaning applications to be automated.
Plastic-based cylindrical brushes can be fitted with all types of fibres, including synthetic and metal, etc… to suit each application and working conditions, such as humidity, temperature, abrasion, etc.
The fibres can be arranged in a staggered pattern, parallel, clockwise or anti-clockwise to transport dirt to one side, etc.
Linear brushes for cleaning and sweeping
Strip-type and slat-type linear brushes facilitate the removal of dust, debris and shavings. We offer models with and without mounting profiles, as well as guides for quick brush changes.
This type of linear brush can be installed for sealing purposes, preventing chips, dirt or dust from passing into other areas, or it can be used for sweeping and linear cleaning. We can adapt the type of fibre to the application and working conditions; finer or thicker fibres, which only sweep or which also scrape, etc.
Flexible base linear brushes for curved shapes
Many production processes generate large amounts of dust, dirt and shavings that must be automatically vacuumed up using extraction systems. These extraction systems usually have nozzles that must be fitted with brushes to allow the suction tubes to be moved through the materials being processed.
These nozzles can be curved or round, and we offer flexible base sealing brushes for this type of application. This greatly facilitates optimal cleaning.
