Dust collection brush

Dust collection brush
Collection of wood and paper fibres after sawing or sanding and removal of dust particles Examples of dust collection functions include the capture of wood fibres after sawing, sanding or structuring, the removal of dust and particles from car bodies before coating, removing paper fibres after production, or removing dust from conveyor belts or plates. The most common markets in which brushes are used for dust collection tasks are the automotive industry, the door, gate and window industry, the paper and printing industry, the wood and furniture industry, and many more.

Linear sealing brush
Linear sealing strip brushes are used to remove dust, particles and dirt, acting as a barrier to prevent debris from being projected, and to collect, sweep and drag debris. These types of brushes can be attached to machinery, vacuum systems, etc.
Another option is linear strip brushes, which can have a wider base to accommodate several rows of fibres, as well as different base shapes to facilitate fixing. We also have options with metal fixing guides for quick brush changes.

Cylindrical Brush
Cylindrical brushes perform any cleaning and sweeping function, removing dust, particles and various debris. We have standard bodies to reduce costs and can insert the fibre, density and arrangement that best suits each application and working conditions. This allows us to achieve the finish that the customer needs.
The brush materials can be of different qualities depending on where they are to be used. We have materials with certificates of suitability for the food industry and contact with food, temperature-resistant materials, materials more suitable for working in wet or dry environments, etc.
We adapt the fibres to the type of cleaning required; high-quality polyamides for a longer brush life, but sometimes natural fibres such as horsehair are more suitable as they do not generate static electricity and are better for removing dust in wood cleaning processes, etc.
There are many areas and industries where cylindrical brushes are essential to ensure that production processes can be carried out optimally.

Ostrich feather duster for removing dust particles
Cylindrical brushes with ostrich feathers attract dust from surfaces due to their high electrostatic charge. The ionised dust sticks to the brush, leaving surfaces completely dust-free.
Achieving this finish is very important in the automotive sector so that car bodies are flawless before painting processes, but it can be extended to any delicate surface, preparing surfaces for subsequent treatments, etc.
This brush is both soft and sturdy, as the bristles are soft when in contact with the surfaces to be cleaned, but at the same time they are sturdy at their ends, which are embedded in a wooden base that makes it possible to form the brushes.
