Cleaning of pressing boards
In the timber industry, brushes are used in different processes to guarantee the desired result in each case.
After years of experience, we have developed and manufactured many different types of brushes for the wood industry. Since each desired result is different, we pay special attention to specific requirements and working conditions:
• Preparation
• Sanding
• Dust removal
• Coating (paint, oil, etc.)
• Transport and protection of wooden products
• Cleaning conveyor belts
• Sealing
There are different types of wood, and brushes are adapted to various processes depending on the type of wood, for example:
• Raw timber
• Hardwood and softwood
• Processed timber such as boards, slats, etc.
• Wooden profiles, boards and planks
• Wooden flooring and parquet
• Wooden furniture, such as kitchen cabinets, wall panels, etc.
We offer different types of brushes depending on their application and type of wood. The most commonly used brushes are our roller brushes (cylindrical brushes with inserted fibre), spiral brushes, strip roller brushes, quick-change brushes, slat brushes, protective plate brushes, strip brushes for sealing and working tool brushes for deep structuring. All these types can be manufactured according to customer specifications: from the filling material to the dimensions.

Brushes for sanding wood
• Brushes are used for pre-treating wooden surfaces. For example, for sanding and smoothing beams, boards and wooden slats.
• They are also suitable for polishing untreated surfaces and for deburring edges and splinters.
• Due to the flexibility of the brushes, difficult contours can also be processed.
Brushes for dust removal

• Another application is cleaning and removing debris/dust from planks, wooden boards and pressed sheets.
Sealing brushes
Strip brushes with rigid strips or flexible bases are placed on the edges of the extraction nozzles so that sawdust and board dust can be sucked up efficiently.
Intermediate sanding of varnished wood surfaces using spiral roller brushes with abrasive fibers and subsequent dust removal. Brush with antistatic properties. Horsehair prevents the build-up of static electricity.
