Brushes suitable for the food industry

In the case of cleaning surfaces, trays and plates in food industries where certificates are required, we use materials suitable with FDA/EU Certificates for food contact as well as detectable metal fibers. After baking breads and cookies is most common in the food and beverage industry. Brushes are used to clean baking trays after cookies and breads have passed through a hot oven or after products have been sprayed or sprinkled with other ingredients.
