Brushes for cleaning oven trays

Many companies need to clean oven trays in bakeries and pastry shops to remove carbon deposits and residue stuck to the trays. There are machines on the market that perform this cleaning automatically. They have two steel roller brushes that remove substances embedded in the trays and can also have two cylindrical bristle/fibre brushes for greasing if necessary.

We adapt to undulations by making a wavy cut in the fibre, tailored to the measurements of each tray.

Cylindrical brushes with coarse fibres or flat steel bristles are used to clean baking trays after biscuits and bread have been baked in a hot oven or after products have been sprayed or sprinkled with other ingredients.
